Return & Refund Policy

At AllComfy™, your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear and simple process.

1. Return eligibility – 30 days

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

To start a return, contact us at support@allcomfy.me. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@allcomfy.me. Please include:

  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (on a flat surface, with tags and any damage visible)

If verified, we will issue a refund or replacement. In most cases, returns are not required for defective items.

3. Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return your current item and place a new order. Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

4. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items such as beauty and skincare products
  • Customized or personalized goods
  • Perishables like food, plants, or flowers
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure about an item’s return eligibility, feel free to ask us.

5. Missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 60 days of the order date. We will help resolve the issue with a refund or replacement if applicable.

6. European Union cooling-off period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

The item must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.

7. Refund processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and no refund has appeared, contact us at support@allcomfy.me.
